For years, I lived in constant overdrive.
I could juggle a lot. I held things together on the outside.
But inside, I was overwhelmed, reactive, second-guessing myself, and stuck in cycles I understood but couldn’t break. Honestly... I didn't know how much more I could take.
And no amount of organization, productivity hacks, or mindset work actually fixed that.
What I eventually learned — after nearly a decade of working closely with people and doing deep inner work myself — is this:
